Appeton Wellness 60+ also obtains the highest possible Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS*) of 1.0 (A PDCAAS value of 1 is the highest, and 0 the lowest).
The ingredients have been specially selected to enhance digestion, particularly for older adults to suit their unique physiological need arising from changes in their gastro-intestinal function and metabolism rate. The addition of Inulin, a dietary fibre, helps to improve digestive health and encourage good bacteria to grow and flourish in our gastro-intestinal tract. The dietary fibre has minimal impact on blood sugar. Thus, it is beneficial for those with indigestion problem like constipation and also beneficial for those with diabetes.
Appeton Wellness 60+ is cholesterol free and trans fat free which is beneficial for those who are on a low cholesterol diet or for those who are at risk of coronary heart disease. This product is also a lactose free and gluten free product, hence suitable for those who suffer from lactose intolerance and gluten intolerance.

Direction For Use
Use 5 levelled scoops of Appeton Wellness 60+ Diabetic (53.2g) and add warm water of 200ml to prepare a 240ml drink (iml=1kCal). Use the scoop provided in the can.
